I originally went to the Toyota dealership to care of my car issues but they were too expensive. It was also the way Toyota presented the pricing to me. The sales guy just came over to me with a list of prices for what I needed to get completed and I felt like I was being pressured to move forward. I took a pause and told them I was going to wait. The Toyota salesperson didn't think I would go and research. Well, I did and that's when I came across Brian at L&M Automotive. Brian was so patient and went over all the details to where I completely understood exactly what was going to be completed with my car. At that point, I felt confident in their work. I scheduled my appointment and I picked up my car it was the price that they said it would be and actually it was about $75.00 less than what I was quoted. I will from now on be taking my car to L&M. They truly understand customer service which is hard to find these days . I really appreciate Brian and his entire team and the way they handled everything. I HIGHLY recommend L&M Automotive.
