My friend recommended this place because she got her car smog checked there, and heard the people in the office praise their work. Luckily for me, she was right. My service manager was Brian Atkinson who seemed very much on the ball. Once he checked out my auto, he quoted me a price and stuck to the estimate. I had my automatic transmission shift lever knob and liner replaced, and a new battery installed. My car is a 2011 and a part needed to be ordered. I was fortunate to be able to drive one of their loaner cars for a few days. I will be returning to this shop in the future. The shop office is very clean and well organized. I was very pleased with the service and employees.

Best experience I’ve ever had at a car shop!

The smog check price I received online is slightly different from the one paid in store, but it is still fair. What is somewhat disappointing is that the lady at the front desk has been chatting all the time, which has caused me to wait for a long time.

The receptionist was very nice & welcoming as this was first time at L& M. I enjoyed viewing the antiques in the waiting room. The Smog check was done quickly & was affordable.
