Went is for smog check which was quick and painless. Charles came to me and mentioned a couple problems they noticed, but said I could probably handle them. I appreciate the notice and the opportunity to take care of a couple minor issues myself. He let me know if I needed help, to bring it in.

Once again, L & M did a great job ! I needed my car smogged. They were prompt and efficient, as usual.

I feel he is trustworthy and that is what you want - a place where you get a good feeling about the shop and the people who represent that shop. Brian was very pleasant and patient in trying to resolve our "squeaky" SUV. Of course the car wasn't cooperating during the test drive so we couldn't hear the squeak. Now I know where to take my SUV if the problem should arise again or for regular repair and maintenance.
