Referral from Carmax on an extended warranty claim, I immediately felt relaxed and at home after meeting Charles who went way beyond "normal service", calling my warranty insurance carrier for authorizations and finding out for me that I had up to seven days car rental . The car came back clean and all work was done professionally in just over 48 hours, leaving a good taste in my mouth for a repair shop that I will now be calling my own. Thank you, L & M Automotive.

I took my 2011 Prius for its first smog at L & M. Great job! Fast, affordable, free coffee and WiFi!! Also, Master Tech Charles Smith pointed I'm starting to have rats live/ hang out in the engine compartment. He showed me how to clean it or he would do it for me. I really like this place!!

I had been referred by a friend to L&M Auto after I had taken my car to a local Acura dealer to get an estimate on fixing a power window, I was given a quote for $863.00 to have the work done. When I contacted L&M to check pricing for the same work, I was given a quote for around $495.00, I of course was stunned by their price. I was not only impressed with the price but with the friendliness and professionalism that Ken exhibited on the phone. Once at the shop, Ken asked if I needed a ride somewhere as they would need my car until 5:00 p.m. I declined as I plannned to walk around the area and shop for a while. Around 3:00 p.m., Ken called and said my car was ready and did I need a ride back to the shop, I declined as I was just up the road at Starbucks. Once back at the shop, Ken informed me that my bill was $439.00, which was even better than the $495.00 he had quoted. I had asked Ken what other service work they provided and was shown a list of services. Due to my overall experience, I certainly will return to L&M Auto for any and all service work my car needs. I also will be and already have referred others to L&M auto. L&M Auto has gained my trust as they displayed honesty and integrity. Many thanks, Skeet
