LAKE FOREST AUTO REPAIR

My car has to make a trip to Vegas. I am a senior and like all of us, I am staying home. My car needed to be serviced before it can make the trip. I called L&M Automotive, where I normally service my car and explained my situation. Within the hour they picked up my car and will deliver it back to me today. And yes, for his safety and mine, I wore gloves and a mask when Charlie came to pick up my car. Even before this, I recommended them. Now I want to spread the word. I feel very lucky I came across this place and tried it out 5 years ago when I moved nearby. For as large and highly populated place as we live here in OC, L&M have made me feel like I'm in a close community. Aside from how I feel, my cars are running great and the pricing is fair. They have a business to run and they've got the best and you get what you pay for. I have tried the bargain shops and regretted it. I come back to L&M because I pay a fair price for quality work. Called the shop to inquire on the Jeep leaking coolant. Was asked to bring in the Jeep for inspection. Confirmed that the radiator needed to be replaced. Was able to get the job done same day. Honest and detailed communication

If you're looking for a honest mechanic shop this is the place!!! My check engine light came on, so I called the shop and they told me I could bring it in the same day which was a plus. When I got there I was greeted by the owner Charles, he was super welcoming and also offered to give me a ride home so I wouldn't have to wait at the shop which was great . After they inspected my car they emailed me a detailed report of a couple things wrong with my car. When I called them back they explained everything to me and even told me what needed to be addressed with high priority and what could wait which I appreciated seeing as it was unexpected. I decided to get a new car instead of fixing this one since it already had soo many miles on it, Charles and his team offered for me to bring my new car back to them so they can inspect it for me to make sure everything was good since I was going to buy a used car.. which I thought was soo awesome.Also the pricing is affordable in comparison to other mechanic shops in this area!! A few days after my visit I received car care cash to use towards my future services.. I will definitely be back!
