I brought in my daughter's (very neglected) car with a crazy vibration, thinking we may have to buy a new car. After talking with Ken, we were able to do all the repairs recommend, and it now drives like a brand new car. Thank you for the time spent on our vehicle, it is much appreciated.

I have had my car serviced here many times and always receive amazing service. My car had a dead battery recently and they came to my house, picked up my car and returned it in a couple of hours with a new battery! I felt like a celebrity!! I needed a local place to have my car smogged, and was referred to L & M automotive by a friend. Everyone there was very friendly and pleasant! From the girl who answered my questions and made my appointment by phone,to Ken who checked me in, filled out my paperwork, and chatted with me while I waited, to the owner( Charlie?)who actually did the smog test on my car. All were super friendly and welcoming. The place was clean and pleasant, not at all like some automotive shops which can be dark, shabby, and greasy. Just got a smog check from here. A+ service, value and quality. Ken Lopez and his team were very friendly and professional. I waited 15 minutes max for the smog check and it was a very pleasant experience. They have keurig and soft drinks while you wait and a very friendly staff. I would highly recommend!

My husband went there yesterday and had a great experience. He had his A/C checked out and Charlie crew did a great job. Charlie was very knowledgeable and welcoming and made it a great experience. Charlie even gave him a ride to work! We'll definitely be using L&M in the future.

The service at L & M is exemplary! Charlie and his staff do outstanding work on three of our cars. They make it easy to schedule appointments and take the extra time to diagnose what is wrong with the car. They are honest and reliable. We would not take our cars anywhere else!

Charlie and the guys have kept me and my 1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee on the road for many years. They're fast, fair and friendly, so I'll be back in 2016!

Wish I had one of the newer cars out there . . . but I don't. Charlie and the crew at L&M continue to provide SUPERIOR troubleshooting - much better than dealerships have been able to provide for my '03 Focus SVT and '09 MazdaSpeed3.
