Charlie and his crew have been taking care of all my cars since 1994. Their pricing is fair and the service is excellent. My wife and I love our cars and tend to keep them for many years. I have a 2005 Excursion, a 1998 Cobra Mustang, and a 2003 S-Type Jag. All are kept in perfect running order by L&M which is a bit of a challenge at times. The Excursion sees quite a lot of cross country and off-road driving and needs to be reliable when I am out in the wilderness alone. The Jag looks and drives like it came off the show room floor yesterday, yet is my wife's main transportation with over 100K miles on it. And the SVT Mustang is still lots of fun and runs like new. Brought our 2001 Chinook Destiny for a smog cert. Also, bought a VIAIR portable compressor, that we carry in the RV when we travel. I've been having trouble safely connecting the ground wire on the compressor to the chassis battery. Emerson had a great idea of using another wire already attached to the engine compartment sidewall. He attached a hex nut and bolt to it, presto, easy ground connection for my compressor! Thanks again!

My kids love the little 'goodies' (candy/treats) that they leave in the car after most services too! I love that they have loaner vehicles when something 'unexpected' happens to my 10+ year old van. I can drop my van off and still be on the road quickly and back to work. So easy and convenient!

L&M automotive service center was wonderful! They were very professional and even replaced a hose that was not connected to my air filter. I came here for a smog check and will definitely be back in the future.

I have had my car serviced here many times and always receive amazing service. My car had a dead battery recently and they came to my house, picked up my car and returned it in a couple of hours with a new battery! I felt like a celebrity!!
