Brought the Saturn in for a "gasoline smell"; turns out it was this giant fuel pump assembly living in the gas tank. Thanks to whole team for turning this around in less than 2 days!!

So glad I found L and M, I tried them because they are close to where I live. I had to find a new shop after using the same one for 20 yrs. Charlie, Ken and everyone at L and M have been so great, very knowledgeable, accommodating and affordable. I really like that they take the time to explain what the problem is and what needs to be done, in a way that's easy to understand. I will be needing more work done and I will definitely return to have it done by them. It's such a relief to have people taking care of my car needs that I totally trust. My daughter also has been really happy with the service and attention she has gotten at L and M. I would gladly recommend anyone to them for car care. They are the best.

Well, everything was fine for my oil change and smog certification. However, for some strange reason I always seem to have some small slip-up with Ken. I've been overcharged, waited weeks for a call back, and this time, I never got my paperwork back on my smog cert. I handed him an envelope with all the paperwork and then, due to discussing all the upcoming things needed to be done to my car (tires, etc) forgot to ask him for the paperwork back. I usually just take it into AAA and get my sticker for my registration and pay there. He didn't even have my paperwork when I called him. It's still at wherever the smog was done!!! It just always seems to be something - but never anything major. Just FYI. He's such a nice guy, though!

I brought my old van into L & M Auto because nobody, including the dealer couldn't figure out my problem. They worked on my van for two days and found the problem what no one else could.. My van will now be taken care of L & M from now on. I can't recommend them enough! They call you with updates, give you a ride home or a loaner car if you need it and are all around a great business to deal with.
