WOW!!!! I took my Acura to L&M Automotive this past Thursday and by Friday afternoon the car is driving better than ever. I had to have a new axel and wheel bearing installed. I took my car to L&M because of a referral from my brother. MY CAR WILL NEVER GO TO ANOTHER SHOP AGAIN, OTHER THAN L&M!!! The entire staff is amazing. Cindy in the office is so professional and friendly. When I showed up to pick up my car, Charlie showed me exactly what had been wrong and told me how they fixed it. And then as I am leaving the mechanic, David, walks out to thank me for taking my car to their shop. He told me how my car is in great shape and I have done a great job taking care of it. I was driving my Acura about an hour ago and I felt amazing because my car is running so well. Took so much stress off me. DOES NOT MATTER IF IT'S AN OIL CHANGE, BRAKES, OR ANYTHING ELSE, I WILL ONLY TAKE MY CAR TO L&M AUTO!!! WOW!!!! For about 2 months the car was clicking and squeeling everytime I turned left. It sounded like metal on metal. I took it to one shop to have it fixed. They put in a control arm which did nothing. Finally! What a relief! An automotive shop where you don't feel like your being mislead and ripped off! These guys are straight shooters not to mention their great customer service. They go above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy.

I have been with L & M over 5 years . They get better all the time. Not only are they friendly they are responsible and trustworthy. Very competitive in cost and services.

As always my visit to L&M was fantastic. The customer service is informative, courteous, and attentive to detail. The service itself is always 1st class. At every stage they check to ensure I know what's happening, what needs doing, what can be left for a future visit, & how much it will cost. I recommend these guys to all my friends.

L & M Automotive provided the service they advertised. I called ahead to find out if they could install some new parts that I purchased on my own. They agreed and during the work they did not suggest any unnecessary work needed during my visit. They are honest, fair and reliable.

Charlie actually shed light on the fact that the Mercedes dealership that supposedly fixed the car 4 months ago, did NOT do what they had said they did and charged me $753.45 to do!!! Charlie not only fixed the problem, but then delivered it to my driveway cleaner than it was when it went in! L and M is the BEST!!! They are honest and very good at what they do!

Great work! Charlie and Mark made the process simple and performed the work quickly. Totally satisfied.
