I dind't want to give five stars because I felt I should reserve that for truly excellent service...but then I thought about it, they did do an excellent job on my car. Actually walked away spending less than what I expected. I am going back to have them do additonal work at a very reasonable price. They went above and beyond what they were asked to do. It's not ALWAYS you leave a service center feeling good about the experience. It was actually...enjoyable? I would definitely recommend them to a friend. Thank You!

These guys are honest. Don't be afraid to pay for that piece of mind. I brought in my newer car after having felt scammed at the dealer. They hadn't seem my exact problem before , so they took it to another transmission shop for a second opinion before going nuts. They didn't charge me for that and saved me some money I believe.

If your tried of being ripped off then this is the place to go. Great service and even greater prices. Other repair shops I went to charged over $100. for a diagnositc test and still didn't fix the problem. L & M didn't charge for the diagnositic test and finally the problem is fixed.

Having had an excellent service center in Las Vegas for many years, we were (unnecessarily) concerned with finding a reputable center here in southern California. We found that and more with L & M. First of all, what you want in an auto repair is someone who can FIX WHAT'S WRONG WITH YOUR CAR - bottom line. That they're honest and thorough, competent and fair is simply an enormous plus! Cindy, who runs the front office (and the whole shop I suspect) is lovely and so very pleasant. But don't let her model good looks fool you; that gal knows cars! She can "talk shop" just like those guys. My husband has both of our cars serviced with L&M, both regular maintenance, insurance work to tires; they're truly a one-stop-shop. We feel very fortunate (and thankful) to have found them and feel confident that with L & M in our corner, our cars will run longer and better than they might have without them.
