Our last appointment for tire rotation was quick and easy. The staff is very courteous as well.
I had the valve seals replaced and an engine mount repaired. They ordered all the parts before hand and had a 'loaner' vehicle ready for me for a drop off first thing in the morning. The work was completed as discussed and ready to pickup when promised. I will return for my next round of repairs which will be soon. Everyone there is helpful and friendly. No pressure.

My father-in-law recommended L & M and I have to say that I am glad he did. Great, quick service. My wife's Cobalt was having issues for months and now it's running better than brand new. Great job and great prices!
Dropped off car Sunday night for oil+filter change and to check weird noise with front brakes. Turned out brakes required replacement. They gave me incremental cost estimate over phone. Parts plus labor was reasonable - far less than local Honda dealership for same repairs. They threw in tire rotation for free. All work done by early afternoon Monday. Getting ready to take my van in for similar care.
It sounds crazy, but it is a pleasure to have to go to L & M. The staff is nice and I know I can trust them with the service of our cars.

While doing an oil change; caught a belt that needed replacing! Spot on with that ! Great job! Only thing I had to wait; was therefrom 1pm until 3 pm but it's acceptable considering they had to order a serpentine belt.
