The only thing that could have made my experience any better would have been if it were free! Nice to find an honest and friendly auto repair center. I have already recommended them to friends.

I went in to have my left headlight replaced. There was no wait and I was taken care of right away and the service was excellent.

I was a first time visitor and went in to check my front brakes. the staff was extremely welcoming and friendly in addition to being informative. they provided me all of my options but never pressured me into making a decisionj. the only downside is it took a tad longer then i would i have liked but i made the choice to wait. they do offer to pick you up and drop you off free of charge though which is a rare and very nice service!

Fast service; nice people. Prices are alittle high though.

We used L & M for the first time a few weeks ago based on these Yelp reviews, and we were impressed. From Cindy in the front office to the mechanic who worked on my car, everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. The mechanic even did a test ride with me after the work, just to ensure that everything was done to my satisfaction - good customer service. What really impressed me though was that they didn't try to talk me into repairs I didn't need: in fact, they talked me OUT of unnecessary repairs! My RAV4 needed some brake work, and I was prepared to have both the front & back brakes done at once. It turns out only the front brakes needed work, and the back brakes were still okay. I said to L & M that they might as well go ahead and do all the brakes at once, but Cindy told me that would be a waste of my money. Such straightforward honesty from an auto shop! I expect to keep going here.

Forthright about the cost of repairs. Quick and reliable. In tough economic times, too many repair shops are out to gouge. Not these guys. They seem to understand the value of retaining customers for future business.

Mark helped me feel totally as ease with this company replacing my radiator. The repair was completed in a couple of hours and they returned it to me grand spanking clean inside and out. My car has been running perfectly since. The estimate they gave me was fair and reasonable. I will definately return to L&M for future auto repair needs. Thank you Mark, Charlie and crew!!!

I have taken both my cars (a Ford and Toyota) to L&M for a few months now for a variety of things. I have always received great service. Over the past month or so my Toyota Corolla developed an erratic issue that other auto repair places were unable to diagnose. Mark, the service manager encouraged the mechanics to look deeper and they resolved the issue better than I had hoped finding and fixing a tricky left axle shaft problem that resolved the issue completely and without having to replace the struts which the other repair places said was probably causing the problem but was not. Charlie, Mark and the rest of the mechanics are customer service champs. They have resolved everything I have thrown their way treating me with respect at all times. I highly recommend L&M.

WOW!!!! I took my Acura to L&M Automotive this past Thursday and by Friday afternoon the car is driving better than ever. I had to have a new axel and wheel bearing installed. I took my car to L&M because of a referral from my brother. MY CAR WILL NEVER GO TO ANOTHER SHOP AGAIN, OTHER THAN L&M!!! The entire staff is amazing. Cindy in the office is so professional and friendly. When I showed up to pick up my car, Charlie showed me exactly what had been wrong and told me how they fixed it. And then as I am leaving the mechanic, David, walks out to thank me for taking my car to their shop. He told me how my car is in great shape and I have done a great job taking care of it. I was driving my Acura about an hour ago and I felt amazing because my car is running so well. Took so much stress off me. DOES NOT MATTER IF IT'S AN OIL CHANGE, BRAKES, OR ANYTHING ELSE, I WILL ONLY TAKE MY CAR TO L&M AUTO!!! WOW!!!! Finally! What a relief! An automotive shop where you don't feel like your being mislead and ripped off! These guys are straight shooters not to mention their great customer service. They go above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy.
