Finally! What a relief! An automotive shop where you don't feel like your being mislead and ripped off! These guys are straight shooters not to mention their great customer service. They go above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy.

I have been with L & M over 5 years . They get better all the time. Not only are they friendly they are responsible and trustworthy. Very competitive in cost and services.

L & M Automotive provided the service they advertised. I called ahead to find out if they could install some new parts that I purchased on my own. They agreed and during the work they did not suggest any unnecessary work needed during my visit. They are honest, fair and reliable.

Charlie actually shed light on the fact that the Mercedes dealership that supposedly fixed the car 4 months ago, did NOT do what they had said they did and charged me $753.45 to do!!! Charlie not only fixed the problem, but then delivered it to my driveway cleaner than it was when it went in! L and M is the BEST!!! They are honest and very good at what they do!

Charlie and Mark were very patient in working w/ my Cadillac to identify why I had intermittent starting/non-starting issue. While it was expensive to fix...as anything electronic can be....they provided me with a loaner and gave me back a clean, washed car that now starts!
