The level of communication and professionalism was top notch from beginning to end. Even though I have a Tesla, Brian was able and willing to check out the issue. Turns out I needed to replace the entire glovebox and it wasn't just fixing the broken part. He didn't charge me for the initial inspection, but I felt like it was the right thing to bring it back for installation after I purchased the part. Tesla could have done it as well, but I felt the customer service and attention to detail was great.

Called to see if they could smog my car today and they said yes - when I arrived they were very friendly, quoted me a price, did the check in a short time and charged me what they quoted! I couldn't ask for better than that 👍

Booking my appointment was easy; dropping off the car was equally easy. The team is friendly and made me feel confident in the service and their work. My car was ready on time. I will be back.
