Oops! I came to this place by mistake (I had a coupon for another place in the same center). I should have realized this because the communication with the team here was so much more pleasant than the "discount" service center. When I realized the mistake, the team was very accommodating and brought my car around immediately. I asked them for their price and it was just slightly higher - but I'm willing to pay more for better service and confidence. The service was fantastic! Mike took the time to explain the service (and other things he found). No upselling, no pressure. And they delivered the service for the exact price they said they would. And they were finished when they said they would be. I priced out some previous services from the dealership with L&M and wish I had found them sooner. This is the first place I'm going for any vehicle service in the future.

Took my car to L & M for it to be smog-certified. So, big deal on a smog certification? The friendliness of staff and the comfort in our trust that they extend means the most to us! I'll be going back for other car service needs!

Referral from Carmax on an extended warranty claim, I immediately felt relaxed and at home after meeting Charles who went way beyond "normal service", calling my warranty insurance carrier for authorizations and finding out for me that I had up to seven days car rental .
