LAKE FOREST AUTO REPAIR

I made an appt. for a smog check at 10am. My keys were taken at 10:04am then I was done and out the door at 10:22pm! Brian at the front was efficient and friendly. The waiting area has lots of seats, magazines, a tv, a Nespresso for coffee, and bottled water in a mini fridge! Such a nice waiting room touch! There’s also wifi in case you need to get some work done, which is nice. I didn’t catch my mechanic’s name, but he was wearing a black Patagonia vest and I think he has glasses. Whoever you are, thank you too!! 🙏🏼 Thanks so much L&M!

Brian was quick to communicate and recommended the best service for me and for my vehicle. I loved seeing the photos that came with my personalized inspection report. I liked that I wasn't pressured into services I didn't need right now, and that they cleaned the car afterward. Clearly a team that cares about it's customers. I will be back.
