I have been going to L&M for several years and just brought him my new, used vehicle that had some issues - looks like some hidden previous owner problem that was not revealed to me at the time of the purchase. Regardless, Brain took his time, figured out what was happening, and successfully took care of everything. He knew it was a little more than what I had expected, so he was kind enough to give me a break on a couple of things as well. It's called customer service, and I have always received great attention and assistance at a fair price. Great explanations of what is going on during the assessment of the vehicle as always, which always makes me feel better about the whole process. L&M is one of those few mechanics that can be trusted and does a good job...use them.
