Customer Service from Ken was Outstanding, the work on my 2007 Durango has been excellent. Any concerns or Questions I had on the numerous fixes that were attributed to the Durango were answered in a way any client of L&M would Understand (no Tech Talk). this made it easy for decisions on what should be fixed, get done. Charles has created not only a welcoming company but a peace of mind for consumers to know they will be treated honestly and with utmost respect, no matter how big or small the job is.

I stopes in for a smog check. Everyone was super nice and helpful. Got both cars done in record time. Was introduced to everyone and told about all the services they provide. Will probably bring in the cars for all work instead of going to the dealer from now on.

Awesome service, quick and they explain all the work that was done on my vehicle. Great guys and they even offered to give me a ride to work and pick me up. But, my office is less than a few miles from their shop.
