Very friendly staff! I am not particularly knowledgable on anything auto related, so fortunately for me, no patronizing tone as they patiently explain to me that my car had warped rotors and needed new brake pads. (I was initially just in for an alignment and thought I could wait out the brakes.) They were able to get everything done within a few hours while I was at work. I also noticed the excellent communication among the staff; when I returned to confirm replacing the rotors, the other staff in the waiting area were aware of the problem as well and helped fetch the staff member who was assisting me.

This place is awesome! My husband has taken our cars to them on several occasions and his family has used them for years. We always refer people here for great service and a great price.

I took my son's car in for an oil change, brakes, and a general inspection - what a great experience. They provided a loaner vehicle and performed the work in less time then anticipated. The office manager did a great job of communicating with us, and the online vehicle diagnosis was extremely helpful. Their pricing was very favorable and the quality of the work and service was exceptional.

Always great service in and out for a smog check. My truck is the third vehicle they have worked on for us.

I took my 2011 Prius for its first smog at L & M. Great job! Fast, affordable, free coffee and WiFi!! Also, Master Tech Charles Smith pointed I'm starting to have rats live/ hang out in the engine compartment. He showed me how to clean it or he would do it for me. I really like this place!!

THE BEST car service place ever! They take care of you in each and every way. Very professional, have great prices (and throw in deals), the office is nicely decorated and clean. Coffee is complementary and it's a good kind ;) They have free loan cars, and even a Fastrak that you don't need to pay for! I've been here a few times and don't think I'll go anywhere else.

I have been a customer of L&M for 7 years. They are an example for others of quality work and customer service. They throughly check out the cars and are proactive in their approach to maintenance. Repairs are done right the first time. No repeat trips for the same issues like other places. Costs are reasonable. I highly recommend them.
