My experience was great as usual. They never make me feel pressured to do repairs. Just a gentle prodding. Charles is very knowledgable about most vehicles and takes the time to explain. As a women, it is very important to me to understand the inner workings of my vehicle as best I can. It ultimately helps me make better decisions regarding maintenance.

As usual, always a great experience with L&M. I called a couple days ahead and Charlie had a loaner waiting for me, as usual. Excellent quality of work, zero worry, and I usually get talked out of work as not being necessary. Very refreshing to have a shop that I can really trust. I especially liked the new color coded inspection report that was e-mailed to me.

As always, the L&M team does a stellar job! Just came in for a LOF, and it was done in a jiffy!

Called Russ and described what we needed done. Set up an appointment time. When we got there, paperwork was ready to go. We were given a pick up time . The work was terrific, and the car was ready on time. Very pleased.
