I took my car (an Acura) to a local dealership to have a power window checked out as it would not go up or down. After it was checked out, I was informed that the motor and regulator would need to be replaced. I was given a quote to have a new one installed, part cost, tax and labor it would be just under $865.00, Needless to say, I declined. I was referred by a friend to L&M auto so I contacted them, spoke to Ken, he gave me a price of approximately $495.00 installed, quite a difference! I recently had it done at L&M. When I picked up my car, the cost was just under $440.00 Needless to say, I was quite happy and very impressed with the service I received along with professionalism and friendliness of the staff I encountered. I have already referred some people to L&M Auto. I most certainly will come back to L&M Auto when I need service done on my car.

I took my Mazda RX8 in for an oil change (slightly overdue), and the team let me know that I needed front brakes replaced. They got the new rotors, and better brake pads that will create less dust. And they washed the car inside and out, all in one day!!! These guys are amazing!!

I took my car in for a routine oil change and the treatment I received was anything but routine. Charlie and his guys checked out everything and made a few honest recommendations regarding my brakes, which were hitting the danger zone, and my oil tank. I felt no pressure and appreciated that they were good about not pushing repairs that could wait and informing me of ones that were more urgent. These guys are knowledgeable and professional and perform excellent work. They are also hospitable, offering you good coffee and a clean, comfortable waiting area. They even sent me home with cookies for my kids. How awesome is that?! I would highly recommend using L&M Automotive because of their top notch service.
