I had taken my car in for servicing at the RSM Honda Dealer. They used scare tactics to recommend replacing items that I found out did not need replacement. I decided to take my car in to L and M for a second opinion based on reviews and personal recommendations. They were able to service my power steering pump rather than replace it. I also found out my tires still have a year or so left on them. The work on my car was done fast and I am very happy I went with L and M! Had a fuel injector issue...they did the repair plus changed spark plugs on my Jeep, in a day....runs like new!!!! These guys are my personal Santa all year: Charlie, Azu, Mike, Emerson, and the great crew at L&M!! Year after year, I continue to get the kind of service that says they want to keep my business, you'd think with a 1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee, they'd tell me to ditch it. But, they treat it and me like a Rolls. Azu is beyond great on the front desk and picks me up and drops me off and treats you like family. Just had a tuneup...brakes/oil and 'Jake The Jeep' is running like a champ. Speaking of 'champ', that's Mike....he called me to give me a heads up as to maintenance I'll need in the next six months to a year, and told me how much to budget for.....who does that???? Took the old Saturn in for what I thought was just my A/C unit's cooling loss turned out to be a (small) rock hitting the condenser. They had it fixed and out the door in less than a day! Outstanding customer service! Thanks to all and Happy Holidays!!

Great service! They really know their stuff! CR was given 100,000 overhaul in record time. I love that you get a washed car on completion.

services and staff are too notch. Mike is like the car whisperer and can talk your ear off about every technology in your car. to me that's huge as it shows me he's passionate about what he does! They were also cool with me doing basic repairs like oil change and radiator flush, they just said don't forget to still bring it in for rotation and quick brake check. This is RARE with mechanics as I had one that told me that's bad cause if I do something wrong I can damage my car. for those who don't know, oil change is mostly a simple task and hard to really mess up. stopped going to him and switched to L&M! Prices are higher but still better than dealer and same if not better quality!!! Don't cheap out on your $15k+ investment or something that you rely on and use daily. get the best for your car and the best mechanic as well!

Always the best care for my car. Even my Uber driver noticed how busy it was and I told him to check it out cause the service is top notch. Yes, prices are higher than budget mechanics, but YOUR CAR is something you should cheap out on. Just them doing alignment and new tires, I got better MPG which I never got at other places. This tells me they make sure the job is done right! Another side note, I actually almost got car jacked the night after I got my tires and car checked out. I escaped by going in reverse just in time, but the officer said if my car wasn't so taken care of and had new tires, I may have not escaped as I did or at all (burned rubber and reved engine hard). I want to thank L&M for taking care of my car which in return took care of me. You never realize how doing the job correctly may save your life one day until it happens. New tires and a good functioning vehicle allowed me to get home, and I know I owe part of it to L&M.

Came in for a tire check , as usual did it in pit stop efficiency ! Love these guys and the excellent work they do !

Great personal service and helped save me lots on my CLS550 compared to dealer cost. They even came to my work and picked up my car and dropped it add after the service. Had several things done and they were all completed in a timely manner. Highly recommend this company and will be using them again. Thanks Charlie!
