I have been taking my vehicles to L&M for a few years after a neighbor recommendation and have been very happy. The staff and mechanics are friendly, kind, helpful and take the time to explain issues with my cars.

Even though I didnt see thst my service was moved to another day, when I brought it in they still did it for me. This is a Great place to bring your car for anything. They do detailed reviews and explain the condition of your car for things you didn't even know about.

They were quick, and efficient. They gave me $40 off because they couldn't get my car done the same day, and I had to take an Uber home. They also fixed my squeaky belts (loose fan belts) and a small cosmetic issue on the rear hatch of the car (Psion XB) for FREE! Courteous service, knowledgeable personnel.

Great service! Car was towed in because of a dead battery. AAA mechanic came to L&M to change battery, since that is who we bought it from a MONTH AGO! AAA/Sea Country Towing mechanic WAS NOT professional but persistent. He kept telling me information I had NO idea about. Like he had the upper hand speaking auto lingo to a "little woman". L&M Mechanic Emerson came by to see how progress was going. Convetsation got heated between the men, then AAA guy starts to get rude AND EVEN POKES the L&M mechanic Emerson! ( What are we 5 years old!) Emerson and Mike were very professional with the whole process. Calming me down with the rude AAA guy and helping me understand what is wrong with my car. Unfortunately the process took longer than I thought, due to a different AAA guy coming to replace the battery. Have to say, JR from Sea Country, was VERY helpful inserting the new battery.

L&M is my favorite autoshop, the only place I will take my car. 100% guarantee that you leave happy, not even kidding. They make sure the job is done right an they will take the time to sit down explain it to you all the logistics. As a person that doesn't know much about the mechanics of a vehicle, I had been taken advantage of time and time again by dealers and other shops. Charlie runs an honest business and all of his employees are top notch. The real deal!

It doesn’t get any better than L&M. They’re an honest and caring team with integrity. I really like how they provide a full status report of all the key areas of your car that you can download and identify what’s in good shape vs. what needs some attention. Then you can make an informed decision of what repairs/updates to make. They also provide free shuttle service if you live or work nearby.
