I was referred to L & M Automotive through some family friends, and had a wonderful experience. I called the day before I went in, to make sure they could take my car the next morning. I only went in for an oil change but they did a quick inspection of my car to make me aware of other maintenance items. They did not try to push anything on me and we're very kind and helpful. This will definitely be the place we take our cars!

I can't express my gratitude enough for L and M Automotive. From speaking with Asu over the phone in a panic, coming in and speaking with her in person and then Emerson(my hero) giving me the news that things weren't so bad and then fixing the problem on an immediate basis at the end of a day on a Friday was very unexpected and lifesaving for me in my particular circumstances at the time. I was given the name of the company by a Facebook colleague,called and they took me immediately. I would also like to express my sincere gratitude to the person who waived an upfront fee. I was going in there in a very difficult circumstance and they helped me, were kind, respectful and took care of the problem. I could never give them enough stars or give them a higher recommendation. They are amazing people. Also extremely knowledgeable about what they do for a living. Thank you all.

Every time I receiving service from them,Ｉfeel conformable with their kindness, knowledge and efficiency.

Our family has 6 cars and we bring them all to L & M. Most recent experience; my oldest daughter had a problem with her Ford C-Max a friend suggested she take it to the Ford Dealership in Orange, so she did because a friend of a friend discount. She was told that it would be $600 plus this and that etc., so we paid a $60 service fee (which was better than the $120 fee it would have been if it wasn't a friend of a friend) and left. The next day we took it to L & M and they told us that the problem was covered under a recall. We called Ford Corporate and sure enough this problem was a recall problem. We took it back to Ford Dealership and they will be reimbursing the $60 and fixing the problem under a recall. WOW, saved us about $1,800. We even take our cars to L & M for oil change. I live in AH and work in LF, if a car has a problem I will drive it to L & M and they will drive me to my office down the street and pick me up if needed. Thank you L & M!!

The team at L&M are amazing! I drove from Gilbert, AZ to have them check my car. I had a mechanic tell me they wanted to charge a $110 fee just to tell me what's wrong. I've had everything from basic oil changes to sensor lights to 100k check ups. I love how Azu always knows it's me on the phone, Emerson brings a wealth of knowledge and the entire team is always so accommodating! I have always recommended them to everyone I know and I won't stop! Thank you for being the most reliable and honest mechanic shop I've been to.
