We have been L and M customers since we moved to CA. We are never disappointed! Today we needed 2 new key fobs. This can be a huge expense. We checked on line and could easily pay 700-800-per fob. We called L and M and they said they could help and asked us to send a picture of our worn out Fob. They were able to figure out exactly what we needed, order it, call us , we went in, we were all set very quickly with 2 new key fobs which work perfectly. 68.00. For both. L and M thank you for your consistent excellent service, your ability to figure out what a person needs, your timely efficient work! After a horrible experience at a local dealership I was thrilled to find L & M Automotive. The staff were all friendly and the atmosphere was relaxed. Mike went above and beyond checking on warranty and recall notices for both my cars. I typically dislike getting my car serviced but am feeling good about my next appointment at L & M!!

I always get awesome service from Emerson at L&M. He's so knowledgeable and explains things so I understand. The work is top notch - never having any issues and prices very reasonable. He always makes time for me. Everyone there is great. Yesterday he smogged my car in 15 minutes! Thank you L&M and Emerson.

L&M is the greatest entity since sliced bread! Awesome manager, Mike, who explains every detail of your repairs! Of course, this will now be my personal vehicle care center! Great job Mike... You should run for president!
